The best way to get an accurate shipping quotation on your order specific to your location is to add products to the cart and your quote will be created.
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends)
If your order is placed Monday to Thursday before 12:00 PM BST it will be processed the same day.
If your order is placed on a Monday to Thursday after 12:00 PM BST it will be processed the following day.
If your order is placed after 12:00 PM BST on Friday, or at any time Saturday and Sunday your order will be processed on Monday.
There will be exceptions:-
- Bank Holidays
- High Volume of orders
- Occasional technical errors
- Unforeseen circumstances

The delivery times begin at the point of despatch not at the point of order.
Shipment to PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses
- Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to these addresses, please use an alternative address instead.
Customs Duties (Europe)
- TPOB is not responsible for any customer fees and duties applied to your order.
- All fees imposed after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect shipping addresses and refused delivery
- TPOB will not be responsible for a customer entering an incorrect address. While every effort will be made to liaise with the courier to attempt to convey the correct address, this cannot be guaranteed, and we may be unable to recover the package.
- If we reship the new delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Lost or stolen shipments
- If you didn’t receive your order but tracking says delivered contact us as soon as possible.
- We may be able to file a claim with the courier, but you must allow up to 28 days for the investigation. Once the investigation is complete we will inform you of the resolution.
Rest assured you will receive your order although it may take a little longer under these unusual circumstances.
